“Reaching Inward”

This is a life-like archival reproduction print of the 8×10″ original artwork. The plant materials were collected, dried, and pressed by hand in Oregon. The mixture of sword fern, maidenhair fern, dill flowers, and Japanese maple form a tree canopy opening to Queen Anne’s lace “stars.”

Ferns are said to represent new beginnings while Queen Anne’s lace symbolizes sanctuary.
